While some of these are fairly obvious to find, others will require you to investigate the Forest of Avalon a little more closely. This recording is the first thing you should stumble upon on your journey through the forest of Avalon. After completing your first TÃr na nÓg and then starting Chapter 3, you need to cross the blue vine and immediately after that run back down to the right of it.

This note is directly on the path to the right of the Shelter in Leaf Grove.
Biology Log 3
To the left of the boss fight scene against Fomhórach in Lighttuft Grove, you can use Wood Cheshire (after destroying the Wood Elemental Core have) turn an aquatic plant into a platform. Use it to cross the water and collect the record on the other side.

After starting Chapter 4, follow the path to a lantern in the Lighttuft Grove, where you can save can. After you have then passed two tendril walls whose wood elemental energy you can absorb, you have to defend yourself against a few elves. Then slip through the gate with Cereza and collect the record there.
