Great news for European and British WWE fans. The Stamford Company has just announced that Money In The Bank, one of the flagship events in their annual programming, will take place on Saturday 1st July 2023 at London's 02 Arena (the first Premium Live Event in the British capital in over two decades).

Money In The Bank will see the participation of the biggest WWE Superstars and will bring the Money In The Bank ladder match: Each winner will receive a briefcase containing a contract for one bout valid for the top title at a time and place of their choosing within the following year. "The O2 is one of the most important locations in the world and the perfect venue for Money In The Bank. We are thrilled to bring one of our 'Big 5' events to the UK and look forward to welcoming WWE Universe to London on July 1,” said Dan Ventrelle, EVP, WWE Talent. "We are delighted to host the first Money In The Bank in the UK here at the O2," said Christian D'Acuña, Senior Programming Director at the O2. “We look forward to welcoming WWE fans back to the O2 this summer for an unforgettable evening with some of WWE's biggest Superstars.”

The announcement comes following the huge success of Clash At The Castle in Cardiff in September 2022 , the first major WWE event in a UK stadium since 1992. Clash At The Castle has broken numerous records, including being the most-watched international Premium Live Event in WWE history, with the largest European gross ever and the best-selling merchandise for an event other than WrestleMania.
