In past, several series have left fans with some confusion regarding their place in the timeline of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Moon Knight, for example, had also left the screenwriter Jeremy Slater confused, who confessed how not knowing when the series on the character would be presented in relation to the other productions, had led to the choice of leaving the temporal location as indefinite as possible. Rhys Thomas had also confessed that for Hawkeye it was not immediately decided on his inclusion in continuity:
"For a certain period, we intended to set the series two years after Endgame, then in 2025, but in the end we opted for a time interval of only one year "| ); }
“I believe it hasn't been officially clarified how many years have passed since Avengers: Endgame. I could not say it on my own account, because I would risk making mistakes. However, I believe that we are one or two years from the events of Endgame, such a thing, even if I don't remember it expressly "
Ms. Marvel's temporal location, important as it is, is not the main aspect of the new Marvel Cinematic Universe series. Kamala Khan, in fact, is a new heroine, who belongs to the most recent generation of Marvelian superheroes, as well as being, as recalled by her interpreter Iman Vellani, the first Muslim superhero:
"The very fact that it is done this series that they are including this character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is the real important thing. I don't have to go too far from the series to explain what it means to be Muslim and Pakistani, it all comes out of the series. I think that for the public, seeing a person like me involved in a project of this magnitude is definitely inspiring "
A harmony, those between the character and the real world, also remembered by the director Adil El Arbi, who clarified how Kamala's inner world has been made one of the essential components of the narrative:
“It was essential for us that the audience feel involved in the world of Kamala, that they see the world through his eyes. We really show how you always have your head in the clouds and always fantasize ”
