The Disney Plus news for July 2022 have been released. Of note are the films The Princess and that of Bob's Burger, of which the twelfth season will also arrive. Among the series, however, there is the documentary Light & Magic and the fourth season of Mayans M.C., also worth mentioning the opening of the thematic section True Crime.

In the name of Heaven - July 27th
Targata FX, In the Name of Heaven, is a series inspired by Jon Krakauer's bestseller true crime and follows the events leading up to the 1984 murder of Brenda Wright Lafferty (Daisy Edgar-Jones) and her little girl in a suburb of Salt Lake Valley, Utah. As Detective Jeb Pyre (Andrew Garfield) investigates the events involving the Lafferty family, he uncovers buried truths about the origins of the Mormon religion and the violent consequences of an unyielding faith. What Pyre, a devout Mormon, discovers leads him to question his own faith.
HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL: THE MUSICAL THE SEASON 3 SERIES - July 27
The Wildcats head to Camp Shallow Lake, a summer camp in California, where they will live an unforgettable summer with their mates in the name of romance, nights without curfew and life in the open air. With a Frozen production on the horizon and a "docuseries" full of behind-the-scenes drama, will the Wildcats be able to prove who is the "best in the snow" without leaving anyone in the cold?
Zombies 3 - July 15
ZOMBIES 3 stars Milo Manheim as the zombie Zed and Meg Donnelly as cheerleader Addison, starting their senior year at Seabrook High, in the city that has become a safe haven for monsters and humans. Zed is awaiting a sports scholarship that will make him the first zombie to attend college, while Addison is preparing for Seabrook's first national cheer-off. Suddenly, however, extraterrestrials will arrive in Seabrook, causing anything but friendly competition. With exclusive access, Oscar-nominated director Lawrence Kasdan takes viewers on a behind-the-scenes adventure of Industrial Light & Magic, Lucasfilm's division of special effects, animation and virtual production. Audiences will be able to discover what inspired some of the most legendary directors in Hollywood history and explore their stories from early films to work to bring George Lucas' vision to life. Produced by Imagine Documentaries and Lucasfilm, and by executive producers Brian Grazer and Ron Howard, the docuseries consists of six episodes.

When a beautiful and tough princess refuses to marry the cruel sociopath she's been betrothed to, she is kidnapped and locked up in a remote castle tower of her father. With the suitor rejected and bent on retaliating by usurping the throne, the princess is called upon to protect her family and save her kingdom.

Not Okay follows Danni Sanders (Zoey Deutch), an aspiring writer with no goals, no friends, no sentimental prospects and, worst of all, no followers, pretending an Instagram-friendly trip to Paris in hopes of increasing its popularity on social media. When a terrifying accident strikes the City of Lights, Danni unintentionally falls into a bigger lie than she ever imagined. She returns as a heroine, she forms an unlikely friendship with Rowan (Mia Isaac), a survivor of a school shooting and committed to changing society, and conquers her man of her dreams, Colin (Dylan O'Brien ). Santa Evita is the story of a body without a tomb and of the legend that ensued. In 1955, a military coup in Argentina overthrew then-president Juan Domingo Perón and hid Evita's body for 16 years to prevent it from becoming a symbol against the regime. Prior to her death, Eva had become a powerful political figure as General Perón's wife, and her unburied corpse haunted the country's political arena for over two decades.

Chris (Martin Freeman) drives an emergency vehicle in his tough hometown of Liverpool. When Chris is forced to welcome new recruit Rachel (Adelayo Adedayo), they both quickly discover that survival in this pressing, relentless and dark world hinges on helping or destroying each other. The action takes place over a week with increasingly tense night shifts. Deep in helplessness and despair, with his own family slipping away from him, Chris clings to the idea of saving the life of a young drug addict trapped in a deadly dilemma. If he succeeds, perhaps he can save himself and rediscover what it means to be a police officer.
