Project Q is officially the new title in development for Ubisoft
After several leaks and some videos stolen and posted on Reddit, Ubisoft has officially announced the codename Project Q, a title currently in development. The title will be a team battle arena and should allow players to fully manage the gaming experience. Since the title is still in the early stages of development, there are no even hypothetical release windows yet. However, the developer has made available to players a link to register for future beta testing phases, you can find it at this link. After the recent Far Cry 6, it's time for the developer to look for something new.
Ubisoft has also made it clear that Project Q is not a Battle Royale title, but offers instead a variety of PvP modes with the enjoyment of the players as the only goal. Ubisoft, in some replies to his own tweet, later made it clear that he has no plans that include the inclusion of NFT in his game. After the recent Activision questionnaire, in fact, the issue of cryptocurrencies within games and play to earn systems is becoming increasingly delicate. Project Q is in development at Ubisoft Bordeaux and, although it is not confirmed, the title may be free-to-play. The official website of the developer, in fact, before the announcement claimed to be working on a new PvP F2P game.
