Gotham Knights is the protagonist of various rumors in these hours, between a release date checked at a retailer (therefore somewhat suspicious) and a play test that seems to have appeared on the Steam database, things that suggest possible information coming soon about the game Warner Bros.

According to an Irish retailer, Gotham Knights is expected to be released on April 24, 2022, a date that appears to be too close to be taken for granted. It is probably a placeholder, also because the cover shown in the photo that reports the fact is clearly not the official one but a replacement element waiting for the actual covers.




The matter was brought up by a Twitter account reporting new Gotham Knights information scheduled for this or next week, so we'll probably know more in the next few days. In any case, there is another interesting element that has emerged in these hours, or the traces of a play test, which could be a sort of open or closed beta test, found on Steam for Gotham Knights.

According to reports from SteamDB, the Steam database has a specific entry for a mysterious "Gotham Knight Playtest", posted in the past few hours, ie March 4, 2022. There is no precise information about it, but this could be a package inserted in the meantime in the system pending the launch of a test on the new game by WB Games Montréal.

This clue could also corroborate the idea of ​​an upcoming presentation or release of information to about it from Warner Bros., as it has been a long time since there have been updates on the status of Gotham Knights. It was last talked about in January, when WarnerMedia CEO confirmed that Hogwarts Legacy and Gotham Knights will be out in 2022, while the release period seemed to have been unveiled by a promotional image for Spring 2022.
