What a beautiful Mercedes-Benz 190E Evo II Concept!

The world of concept cars is getting richer and more varied, and today we show you another very interesting project created by Khyzyl Saleem, already author of concept with a unique style based on cars such as the Mazda RX-7, the Nissan GT-R embellished with retractable headlights, or the Golf GTI Mk1 with enlarged bodywork; today Saleem amazes everyone with a series of renderings dedicated to the Mercedes-Benz 190E Evo II Concept, a car that we feel we can define as slightly pornographic.

Saleem's project is based on one of the most popular cars of the years '90, the Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.5-16 Evolution II and transformed it into something unique, modern, captivating but at the same time able to maintain its classic soul. It is also thanks to cars like this that today we can enjoy the Mercedes-AMG C63: the 190E imagined by Saleem retains the huge original wing and is further aggravated by a redesigned front bumper, with air intakes near the headlights, a hood designed with muscular lines and eye-catching carbon fiber rims fitted with track slick tires. At the rear we find a nice extractor embellished by the double central exhaust.

It would be nice to imagine this revamped car with a more modern and powerful engine - compared to the 232 horsepower 2.5-liter straight-4 that originally drove it - but considering that this car was just 502 copies made, it is understandable that Saleem has decided to limit himself to a digital work. Who knows if there is someone out there particularly wealthy and interested in restomods to the point of deciding to embark on this exciting project.
