This gaming PC is certainly the most original ever made
Crazy gaming PCs are seen practically every day. However, what was created by the guy behind the Shank Mods YouTube channel is probably the most original ever, since it involves a line of particular components, with a project started from an old computer shop and other parts instead recovered with the help of some Facebook users.
Generiche What is so special about this gaming PC? Simple: it was made starting from an old line of computers produced by Patriot, a company that had launched a series of Hot Wheels branded desktop PCs on the market. The company had in fact obtained the license from Mattel. They were machines intended for children, with a fairly atypical design and with components certainly below average but sold together with keyboard, mouse, mat and themed monitor. Despite this, in a period in which vintage seems to be back in fashion, the manager of Shank Mods found one of those computers in his hands and had a simply brilliant idea.
The discovery of this PC is the result of a visit to a warehouse that contained monitors and computer components from the 1990s. Obviously the machine was unusable: beyond the age of the components, the motherboard was completely out of order due to corrosion. Hence the idea: to use the case to create a real gaming PC, with lots of recent components and still maintaining the 90s aesthetic. You can see the whole story summarized in the beautiful video for over 20 minutes that you find a little further down.

Fortunately, thanks to a partnership with a PC shop, Shank Mods has completed its crazy, but funny adventure.
