ASUS Zephyrus G14 with Ryzen 9 6900HS and RX 6800S tested in some benchmarks

Photo Credit: Geekbench / VideoCardz Apparently, the launch of new notebooks equipped with these new APUs is increasingly close (previously there was talk of a generic "February"), so much so that in the latest cores some benchmarks have been spotted on the ASUS Zephyrus G14 gaming laptop, in particular in a variant with Ryzen 9 6900HS and Radeon RX 6800S. It is definitely a high-end combination, so much so that, as reported by our colleagues at VideoCardz, in PudgetBench it surpassed the Intel Core i9 12900H + GeForce RTX 3080 combo.
Moving on to Geekbench, instead, we can see as this new model of the Zephyrus G14 is 5 to 20% faster than its predecessor with Ryzen 9 5900 HS. Recall that the AMD Ryzen 9 6900HS is a 35W TDP APU with eight cores and sixteen threads, with a base frequency of 3.3GHz and capable of reaching 4.9GHz in Boost. AMD Radeon RX 6800S is instead a dedicated GPU with 32 Computer Units (and 2,048 Stream Processors) with a Game Frequency of 1,975MHz, accompanied by 8GB of GDDR6 at 16Gb / s on a 128-bit bus for a maximum bandwidth of 256GB / s.
