The Hollywood Reporter has announced a new entry into the ever-expanding world of Star Wars television. The details surrounding the role of the actress are still sparse, but it is undoubtedly a great addition. The cast also features Ivanna Sakhno as a formidable mercenary, Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren and Hayden Christensen again as Anakin Skywalker / Darth Vader.The student / teacher relationship between Ahsoka and Anakin is was one of the central points of the animated series The Clone Wars and it will therefore be very interesting to see it again in live action, perhaps through flashbacks. Ahsoka's flesh-and-blood debut came thanks to Rosario Dawson in The Mandalorian's second season.

Birds of Prey badass Mary Elizabeth Winstead has signed up for a mission in a galaxy far, far away.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Huntress herself will be part of the Ahsoka cast, opposite Rosario Dawson's striking, titular Jedi and Hayden Christensen's Anakin Skywalker.
Details on her character are non-existent for the time being, but when production finally begins in California this spring, expect some meatier updates.

'So that was always the fun part about playing Obi-Wan Kenobi, for me, was to try and study Alec Guinness and think about maybe how he would have behaved in these scenes as a younger man.
'So now I'll be a bit closer and it'll be nice to sort of bridge that gap. It's really exciting.'
The Mandalorian seasons 1 and 2 are streaming now on Disney+. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and the entire Skywalker Saga are available on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K now, as well as on Disney+, while Rise of Skywalker is also on Sky Cinema Premiere and NOW.
