Remnant: From the Ashes could be today's free Epic Games Store game
Remnant
Remnant: From the Ashes could be today's free game from the Epic Games Store, at least according to the French insider billbil-kun, who already seems to have the complete list of games given away in the coming days from the Epic Games digital store. br>Billbil-kun has hit all the gifts so far, namely Shenmue 3 and Neon Abyss, thus proving to be very reliable. So for many it is taken for granted that he is also right about today's one. Remnant: From the Ashes is not a bad gift, except that it has already been given by the Epic Games Store in the past. It doesn't matter, in case those who haven't played it yet or who haven't managed to redeem it at the time will enjoy it.
As always, the game will be unlocked at 17:00 today. Let's read the official description:
Remnant: From the Ashes is a third-person survival action shooter set in a post-apocalyptic world invaded by monstrous creatures. As one of the last remnants of humanity, you will set off alone or alongside up to two other players to take on hordes of deadly enemies and epic bosses, trying to carve out a garrison, rebuild and then take back what has been lost.

Remnant: From the Ashes will be the Epic Games Store’s next ‘one day only’ free game
The third of the free games in the Epic Games Store‘s ’15 Days of Free Games’ campaign will be Remnant: From the Ashes.
That’s according to Dealabs user Billbill-Kun, who has a track record for leaking PS Plus, Xbox Live Games with Gold and Epic Games Store free titles.
Remnant: From the Ashes will be available to claim for free from 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm GMT today (Saturday December 18), but will only be available for 24 hours.
At 8am PT / 11am ET / 4pm GMT on Sunday 19 December, the game will no longer be available and will be replaced with another new title.
The Epic Games Store is doing this every day with a new game until December 30, at which point it will go back to its regular routine of giving away a free game every week.
Remnant: From the Ashes replaces Neon Abyss, which in turn replaced Shenmue 3. Both titles were also available for only 24 hours.
As well as its daily free games, the Epic Games Store has also launched a new ‘Epic Voucher’ promotion, which gives players endless $10 / £10 discounts on eligible game purchases.
All users with an Epic Games Store account have been automatically granted a couple for $10 / £10 (or the equivalent currency in other regions).
This entitles them to $10 / £10 off any full game that costs at least $14.99 / £13.99 once any sale discounts have already been applied.
The twist is that the voucher is applied to every game in a user’s shopping cart when they check out.
This means if you have three eligible games in your cart, you get $30 / £30 off, and if you have seven games you get $70 / £70 off.
Once the transaction is made, users will then get another $10 / £10 voucher, which means they can repeat the process.
