On the occasion of a special event held in the course of the last few hours dedicated to the final season of the anime of The Attack of the Giants, inspired by the recently concluded famous manga of the same name written and drawn by Hajime Isayama, the new key visual for the part 2 which will start on January 9, 2022 with the episode number 76 entitled Danzai (Condanna).

The director of the awaited second part, Yuichiro Hayashi, did not miss the comment, who declared the study of the new poster with the following words:

We have created three different types of posters for the first part focused on male characters, on war and within a dramatic ensemble. Part 2, on the other hand, focuses on a single individual, namely Eren. We trust you can feel all those memories carried over into the design now that Eren's battle is getting closer and closer to its conclusion.

The final season, whose goal is to adapt the manga's conclusion arrived in April 2021, is produced by Studio MAPPA and the first part aired between December 7, 2020 and March 29, 2021. The first part of the final season is fully available for viewing with both subtitles and dubbing on VVVVID and Prime Video (Amazon). It has recently also been visible on Netflix.

The Attack of the Giants: manga and anime

The Attack of the Giants (Shingeki no Kyojin), written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama, is a shonen manga of the horror, fantasy and action. In Japan, the manga is published (monthly) from September 2009 by Kodansha in the Bessatsu Shonen Magazine until April 2021. The work consists of 139 and 34 total volumes. In Italy, the manga is published entirely by Planet Manga with 34 volumes available.

The manga inspired an animated series that aired for three seasons: the first in 2013, consisting of 25 episodes; the second in 2017 with 12 episodes; the third season with 22 episodes. The fourth anime series, the last, was broadcast between December 2020 and March 2021 with 16 episodes. The second part will debut in January 2022.
