Xiaomi continues with its update plan and in the last few hours it has shared a post that enlightens us on that other smartphones the MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition will arrive.This version is working, among other things, to solve some problems that were present on MIUI 12. In fact, for this very reason, the company claims that this improved version is to be considered as a real Major Update and that it is precisely the engine that has been optimized. Even this "old" smartphone will receive it.
In detail, the update focuses on providing greater fluidity, also including lower energy consumption. With the new engine, CPU usage drops on average by 15% which in turn saves an average of 8% of battery life.
In recent months, the roll out of the "new" operating system has been divided into bands and today we know which products will populate the third band. Before leaving you on the list, all the following smartphones and tablets will be updated by the end of the year:

The company says that the update will gradually arrive on all devices and that it will arrive on all models within the next few weeks. Furthermore, a model that exists in multiple markets is not certain that it will receive the MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition simultaneously with the Chinese counterpart and vice versa.
Even if separated, Xiaomi and Redmi share the same operating system and it is no coincidence see them together in the same list.
