Ghostbusters: Legacy grossed $ 60 million during its first weekend in theaters, making it first at the box office.

In the Ghostbusters: Legacy review we talked about how the film hits the right chords of longtime fans of the saga, especially in the final part thanks to an abundant fanservice.

However, other films of great importance are also doing well: Eternals, despite the negative international reviews, has so far grossed 135.8 million dollars in the US and 336.1 million in the world, while Dune confirmed the record figures of the day of release reaching 367.1 million dollars.


The absolute record during this period of pandemic was however conquered by No Time to Die, the latest James Bond adventure with Daniel Craig, which to date has grossed $ 733.9 million worldwide.
