This is a short synopsis:
Tai and the other Digipelts are approaching adulthood; however, Tai and Matt still remain undecided about their future goals. The Digipreselts later meet Menoa Bellucci, a professor at Columbia University in New York City, and Kyotaro Imura, his bodyguard. Menoa states that Eosmon is targeting Digidestined around the world by robbing both them and their Digimon partners of their conscience. With the help of Menoa, Tai, Matt, Izzy, TK and their Digimon fight Eosmon on the Internet.
As for the staff, all members have returned from previous series. Tomohisa Taguchi (Persona 3 the Movie, Kino's Journey - The Beautiful World, Twin Star Exorcists) directed the film at the Yumeta Company (The Golden Rope, Cannon Busters) on a screenplay written by Akatsuki Yamatoya (Digimon Adventure, Digimon Frontier , Digimon: Data Squad). Seiji Tachikawa (Kino's Journey - The Beautiful World, Ao Haru Ride - One Step From You) was the chief animation director. Hiromi Seki, producer of Toei Animation of the original Digimon anime, oversaw the film. Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru took care of the character design and Kenji Watanabe of the monster design.
