After the launch of the AirPods 3 during the October keynote, Apple announces the arrival on the market of a new model of true wireless earphones. The newcomers are called Beats Fit Pro and are the latest model of the Beats division, one of the companies owned by Apple specializing in the production of audio devices such as speakers, headphones and earphones.The Beats Fit Pro are precisely earphones, precisely earphones for fitness. The design, however, partly incorporates that of the AirPods and in particular of the AirPods Pro. Even the Beats, in fact, are in-ear headphones, equipped with the classic silicone rubber pads to better adapt to the ear canal. In the package there are three pairs of rubber pads of different sizes (small, medium and large), as well as a USB Type-C charging cable.
The Beats Fit Pro bring back to the table the H1 chipset of Apple, which - in terms of functionality - translates to active noise cancellation, transparency mode, and even spatial audio. Other interesting features include the Adaptive EQ and Apple's Fit Test, very useful for the first use for the choice of rubber pads. Skin detection guarantees pauses in playback whenever at least one earbud is removed.
As for sport-specific features, the Beats Fit Pro is IPX4 certified for sweat resistance. With noise cancellation enabled, the battery lasts around six hours, which is enough time for most training sessions.
The charging case offers an additional 21 hours of playback and at least one hour of use with a five-minute quick charge. Four colors available: black, white, stone purple and sage gray. The Beats Fit Pro are already available for pre-order in the United States, while the arrival in Italy will have to wait a little longer. At the moment we only know that the list price in the US is around $ 200.

Apple’s true wireless earbud lineup just got a little more crowded. Its Beats division announced the Beats Fit Pro, earbuds that pack plenty of features for active music lovers.
The Beats Fit Pro’s design is reminiscent of other fitness-geared earbuds, complete with a rubber prong for a better fit within the ear. There are also three silicone tips in the box, which should suit the ear canal sizes of most users. The buds also pack an IPX4 rating for sweat resistance.
In terms of features, the Beats Fit Pro brings Apple’s H1 chipset to the table, which enables active noise-cancelling (ANC), Transparency Mode, and Spatial Audio smarts. Adaptive EQ and Apple’s nifty Fit Test smarts will also help listeners tune the sound output to their liking. Like the AirPods Pro, skin detection also ensures playback pauses when you remove the buds from your ears. Finally, Apple’s convenience features, like Siri and Find My also add to the Beats Fit Pro’s utility.

Battery life comes in at six hours with ANC enabled, which should be enough for most high-impact training sessions. The included case provides a further 21 hours’ worth of playback time, but if you can’t wait, a five-minute quick charge can provide an hour of use.
The Beats Fit Pro buds are available to pre-order now on Apple’s official store in the US and will also be available on Amazon for $199. That price throws them right in the mix with the $179 AirPods 3 and $199 AirPods Pro.
General availability in the US kicks off on November 5, so there’s still time to count those pennies. In terms of colorways, you can have the Beats Fit Pro in Black, Sage Gray, Stone Purple, and White.
