Even if the sequel to the lucky Shazam is still in the works! attended DC FanDome 2021 with a behind-the-scenes video of Shazam! Fury of the Gods which offered a first to the daughters of Atlas, Hespera and Kalypso, played by Helen Mirren and Lucy Liu. A third daughter, whose identity is not yet known, will instead be played by Rachel Zegler who, however, does not appear in the clip.

Behind the Scenes Video of Shazam! Fury of the Gods offers a look at the new costumes but also at some sequences of the film which, promises the protagonist Zachary Levi, will contain more action and more fun. Also note the studies of the huge magical creatures that will appear in the film.

Shazam! Fury of the Gods is directed by David F. Sandberg and stars Zachary Levi as Shazam, Jack Dylan Grazer as Freddy Freeman, Asher Angel as Billy Batson, Marta Milans as Mama Rosa, Helen Mirren as Hespera, Lucy Liu as Kalypso and Rachel Zegler in a role not yet revealed. The film will hit theaters on June 2, 2023. The cast of the sequel will also return Angel Asher as the young Billy Batson and Jack Dylan Grazer as his adoptive brother and his best friend, Freddy Freeman.
