EA has made available the Title update 1 of FIFA 22. Additionally, he shared the full patch notes of what's new in this update. Updated the Division Rivals Progress user interface to improve readability and clarity. Players will start their exit animation slightly later when opening or previewing a package. When obtaining stadium items or packs from the FUT shop, a pop-up message will inform players if one or more items are for a stadium customization slot that must be unlocked via achievements. As for the gameplay of FIFA 22, the changes include:
Reduced the effectiveness of goalkeepers when diving for corners from inside the penalty area. This change specifically applies to shots taken within 37 feet / 11.27 meters of the goalkeeper. Improved the frequency of player-controlled sliding blocks coming into contact with a ball. Updated the defensive logic for players near the half way line when defending a counterattack originating from a corner situation. Defenders near the half way line will now try to more closely mark counterattacking players. Added goalkeeper animations that may occur when a goalkeeper is attempting to save a high precision shot. This change is intended to provide more authentic keeper reactions and slightly increases the effectiveness of goalkeepers who block this type of shot. Updated the defensive logic for players near the half way line when defending a counterattack originating from a corner situation. Defenders near the half way line will now try to mark the counter attack more closely. Improved the frequency of player-controlled sliding blocks coming into contact with a moving ball. Expanded the area where the reticle can be placed during free kicks to allow for greater control over rotation and overall positioning. In Co-Op matches, the player block will now be undone after the blocked player makes a pass, or after his teammate makes a pass to another player. [PS5 only] Added a new controller setting to set the desired adaptive trigger resistance. Improved referee logic for calling more fouls caused by high speed tackles. Improved referee logic to call fewer penalty kicks caused by sliding tackles with reasonable times. Improved referee logic for calling more fouls in situations where a player intentionally collides with a goalkeeper who is holding the ball. Improved referee logic to call fewer fouls due to soft physical contact. Improved accuracy of throwing and target selection.

Added a player growth button to the increase screen level in the player's Career. In the Player Career squad selection screen, the Expectations section of the Council has been replaced with the squad formation.

Requesting a Driven Lob will result in a standard Lob request. Removed the VOLTA ARCADE welcome screen that appeared before each VOLTA ARCADE tournament. Updated a few lines of text in the UI.

Added new songs in EA SPORTS Trax and VOLTA Trax. Added 31 seeds. Added the ability to perform Jul's celebration for some players. Updated the player order on the player performance screen so that attackers are on top instead of goalkeepers. Updated some broadcast packs, stadiums, crowd chants, comment lines, cheering, UI elements, corner flags, crowd, pre and post match scenes, goal songs, anthems, badges, ad boards, tutorial overlays , celebrations, non-playable characters and footballs. Updated several cases where the UI was showing typos, misaligned text, incorrect images, and unwanted spacing.
