In practice, the measure had already been anticipated by some industrial companies and by the same announcements published by employers in Italy before the obligation itself was sanctioned by the executive. This was found by the Jobiri Observatory on the labor market, carried out by the Jobiri startup on a sample of over 700 thousand online job advertisements, between January and August 2021. In the first eight months of the year, requests for compulsory Covid vaccine and green pass have grown by + 1,400% and + 6,000%, according to the digital career consulting agency based on artificial intelligence. The trend affects all regions, 100 professional profiles in more than twenty sectors.

From a legislative point of view, before the signature of the head of state, the green pass decree underwent a change: the suspension for employees was lifted public and private, the worker will be considered unjustified absent from the first day in which he is without green certification. He retains the right to keep his job, but his pay is interrupted until he returns with a special pass. Companies with fewer than 15 employees will be able to replace the worker without a green pass from the fifth day of unjustified absence, suspending him for a duration equivalent to the replacement contract which cannot exceed ten days, renewable once and no later than 31 December.

So here are the digital job offers for the month of October, selected by Wired Jobs.

Barilla

There are five open positions in the cybersecurity field indicated by Barilla, for as many different profiles and all in Parma. A specialist will have to supervise the cyber security components at the operational technology level, in the design and deployment of automation solutions and complex OT networks in the plants. A cybersecurity professional will have to manage and monitor Ot cybersecurity solutions on networks and systems.

A plant cybersecurity professional will be responsible for the design of Ot solutions and supervision in all Barilla locations. It will have to maintain the best conditions, updating the requirements to business needs and ensuring integration with other business systems. Finally, an international cybersecurity manager will have to coordinate and give guidelines at a global level, defining the work roadmap for continuous improvement and promoting a "security by design" approach.

Masters in IT engineering, computer science or similar required.

Canva

The Canva Graphic Creativity Platform offers a six month contract for an education community manager. The person will have to develop and implement a strategy that brings the community of teachers to know and use Canva. Among her responsibilities, she will have to produce engaging content to educate, inspire and entertain this target audience, including video tutorials, webinars, posts, fun graphics challenges, case studies, live events and original promotional events.
