For the supercashback, however, the sums will be credited by November 30th. How to check the refund?
Since there are 6 million users to be paid, the operation takes a few days and Consap has, by law, until the end of the month. To check that the credit has been credited, the current account must be monitored, because there are no forms of notification through the Io app or the applications of the other operators involved in the program.
How do you submit a complaint?
If there are problems with reimbursements relating to the first half of the year, Consap explains that "there is a complaint against the lack of or incorrect accounting in the Io app or in the systems made available by the affiliated issuers". For the first six months of the year, there is time until August 29 to make complaints. How? "Only complaints submitted through the Cashback Complaints Portal will be dealt with - says Consap -. Any other requests sent to different channels will not be acknowledged. Consap will examine the complaints providing a reasoned reply within 30 days from the date of receipt and, in the case of acceptance, will arrange the payment due ".
The company also adds that the examination of the cashback complaints is still in progress experimental, ie that of the Christmas period, and the liquidation of the related reimbursements continues. An invitation, therefore, to be patient with respect to payments. If there are problems with the Io app, however, it is necessary to contact the public company Pagopa, which manages it, through dedicated channels.
