Here we are again for the usual monthly column dedicated to the news of the role-playing game market, both in Italy and abroad. This July 2021 turns out to be really poor in surprises, even compared to the previous month which was itself rather sparse with news.No more delays and so let's see what are the new titles for this July 2021, proposed on the national and foreign roleplaying market by various publishers in the sector, starting as always with Italian news.
Need Games!
In this July 2021, the publishing house Need Games! does not present any novelty in the role-playing field, except for the opening of pre-orders, at its online store, of Fabula Ultima, a role-playing game inspired by JRPG, Japanese-style role-playing video games, and DUNE: Adventures in 'Imperium, the role-playing game inspired by Frank Herbert's literary saga of the same name. The DUNE RPG basic manual can also be pre-ordered in various collector's editions.

Wyrd Edizioni
In this month of July 2021, Wyrd Edizioni presents again the whole series of pre-orders for highly anticipated RPG manuals that we saw last month and which will see the light, hopefully, in July, since June is now over. The pre-order manuals are: Shadow Of The Demon Lord - Death & Decay, Lex Occultum,, Conan base box, Coriolis - Artifacts and Technologies, Cypher System - World Creators, Cypher System - Terror coming. Instead, the releases of Trudvang Chronicles - The Chronicles 2: Adventures and Blue Rose have been postponed to a later date.

For Call of Cthulhu (published in Italy by Raven Distribution under the title of The Call of Cthulhu) the most famous and appreciated horror role-playing game in the world, this month in July 2021 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of this terrifying role-playing game, Chaosium launches a campaign on the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter, for the reissue of some of the most iconic classic manuals ever. This re-edition has obviously been revised and corrected, but not updated to the seventh edition. The list includes:
Shadows of Yog Sothoth (80 pages), a global campaign to save humanity. The first of its kind. The Asylum & Other Tales (72 pages), seven short sinister scenarios set around the world and at sea.
