In FIFA tradition, new territory in the premier class of motorsport: In the popular soccer game FIFA, the player ratings have been one of the most exciting details for the huge fan base for many years. Since last year's F1 2020, a fantastic racing game with lots of great racing action and many useful improvements and updates around the virtual premier class, the total of 20 F1 drivers have been given a "Driver Rating", which gives an overview of their strengths and give weakness to the top class of motorsport. EA Sports, the new owner of the British racing game company Codemasters, has been the development team behind the official F1 games since 2009, and Formula 1 has now announced the first ratings.What to expect in F1 2021 and with which new game modes Codemasters wants to convince, you can find out in our detailed preview.

The drivers who have already been given a score of 1-99 include, for example, the last Ferrari world champion and F1 favorite Kimi Räikkönen, the young Japanese talent Yuki Tsunoda and drivers like George Russell and Pierre Gasly. We have summarized the values of the active celebrities in the sport for you and also recommend you take a look at the charming video in which the drivers themselves are confronted for the first time with their performance as assessed by Codemasters. The total value is made up of a total of four categories: Experience, Racecraft, Awareness and Pace.

The numbers for Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) and Max Verstappen (Red Bull), who are currently in an intense duel for the 2021 World Championship, should be particularly exciting. In addition, there is great interest in the F1 community to see how Codemasters rate the difficult-to-assess performance of Mick Schumacher, who has been driving in Formula 1 since this year. The upcoming racing title F1 2021 (buy now 69.99 €) will be released on July 16, 2021 for PC, Xbox Series X / S, Playstation 5, PS4 and Xbox One. One of the big new features is a completely new story mode that aims to virtually capture the gripping and action-packed world of motorsport.
