Joseph O'Connor, this is the name of the arrested, is accused in the United States of hacking, extortion and cyberstalking in the violation of Twitter and having previously hacked popular creator Addison Rae Easterling's TikTok account and actress Bella Thorne's Snapchat account, according to the US Department of Justice.
