The website and the official Twitter account of The Case Study of Vanitas, the anime adaptation of the manga Vanitas no Carte by Jun Mochizuki, has finally revealed the release date of the first part of the series which will debut on July 2, 2021. The story is set in 19th century France and stars Noah, a vampire with the task of investigating a dangerous case.The anime adaptation was announced during AnimeJapan 2021. It is produced by Square Enix while the animations are made by the Bones studio.
Tomoyuki Itamura (Nisemonogatari) directs the anime transposition of The Case Study of Vanitas at the Bones studio (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood), based on scripts coordinated by Deko Akao (Noragami).
Yoshiyuki Ito (Carole & Tuesday) is in charge of character design and animation direction. Yuki Kajiura (Demon Slayer) composes the soundtrack.

Jun Mochizuki started the serialization of The Case Study of Vanitas in Japan in Square Enix's Monthly Gangan Joker from December 22, 2015. The various chapters were then collected in tankōbon volumes from April 22, 2016.In Italy the manga is published by Star Comics for a total of 8 volumes published so far. This is the plot:

Tomoyuki Itamura directs The Case Study of Vanitas at anime production house BONES, and the series is set to premiere on TV in Japan this July. Yen Press publishes the original series in English and describes it like so:
Rumors revolving around The Book of Vanitas, a clockwork grimoire of dubious reputation, draw Noé, a young vampire in search of a friend’s salvation, to Paris.
