Official Huawei MatePad 11 and MatePad Pro

Huawei, together with the new smartwatches and the new TWS headphones, has just presented MatePad 11 and MatePad Pro, the first two tablets of the Chinese manufacturer to be powered by the new HarmonyOS operating system.

Huawei, with HarmonyOS, aims to create a deep ecosystem so that smartphones, tablets, laptops and other devices communicate with each other. It will be the Apps that will further expand its functions with the AppGallery that gradually becomes bigger and more important.

The new Huawei MatePad 11 has been created with an aesthetic from the frames symmetrical and boasts a 10.95-inch display with a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels. It also has a 120Hz panel refresh rate which increases its fluidity.

The camera located in a hole in the display of the previous model has been moved to the bezels for a much cleaner and more elegant line.

The interface has been renewed passing from a smartphone-like to a UI that takes advantage of the large display in a more intelligent way.

Huawei winks at Windows, equipping HarmonyOS with many functions that allow synchronization with the Microsoft OS installed on the brand's MateBooks. For example, on the Windows PC you can navigate between folders and files such as images or documents that can be viewed on the tablet screen.

And again, if you want to draw on an archived image on your PC, you can transfer it on the tablet and use the M-Pencil to do so. In addition, the keyboard and mouse integrated in the notebook can also be used as an input device to control the tablet.

The battery of Huawei MediaPad 11 ensures many hours of use and with a single charge it can guarantee an autonomy equal to 12 hours of video playback, 10 hours of internet browsing and 12 hours using the working software suites.

Also provided for accessories such as the Huawei M-Pencil which connects and recharges automatically when anchored on its magnetic space at the top of the tablet. The Chinese company adds the function by which one's own handwriting can be transformed into standard text.

And again, the Huawei Smart Magnetic Keyboard that turns the MatePad 11 into a "small laptop", connects automatically and helps users to write long texts with comfortable mechanical keys.

MatePad Pro

Huawei MediaPad Pro has a 12.6 ″ OLED display that occupies 90% of the front surface. The resolution is 2560 × 1600 pixels, has a refresh rate of 120Hz.
