PC Games 06/21 with Total War
We can offer you a double pack in terms of Total War this month. First of all, there is our cover story for Total War: Warhammer 3. So far there wasn't too much to see about the continuation of the fantasy strategy, but now we had the opportunity to play a detailed role in the title ourselves. And what we got to see was extremely promising and suggests that we might be dealing with what is arguably the best part of the series! In addition, in the test section, we take a close look at the remodeled version of Total War: Rome. The same applies to Resident Evil: Village. Shortly before this issue went to press, the test version for the horror sequel arrived, which is why we can tell you in detail what we really like about the eighth part of the series - and what doesn't work at all. The latter was a big problem for the square shooter Outriders, especially in the early days - you can also read in the test section whether there is an entertaining game hidden under all the server problems and lack of technology.
Otherwise we have made the technical alpha of Diablo 2: Resurrected unsafe for you and first hands-on information for you, including the controller control. In addition, we were in the beta of Resident Evil: Re: Verse - the multiplayer shooter should actually go on sale to match Village and be made available to buyers of the eighth part free of charge. In the meantime, however, the title has been postponed to summer - but we will tell you how it plays. We are also testing the remake of Nier Replicant and are giving you a story special so that you can understand the somewhat confused context of the Japanese cult series. In addition, there are again numerous specials in the magazine and extended section, such as a series history of Hearts of Iron, matching our digital extended full version Hearts of Iron 3 - so that not only hardcore strategists can quickly find access.
