Crash Bandicoot 5 may be in development
Now that Crash Bandicoot 4 has also been released on Nintendo Switch and that Crash Bandicoot On the Run! is having great success, we can really say that the historic marsupial is back in the limelight. Both new players and veterans have had the opportunity to rediscover one of the most iconic mascots of the video game, all the more reason to believe that Activision is more interested in making new titles. After the confirmation that Toys for Bob will continue to support Crash 4, a new interesting news may have arrived.
Recently the voice actors of Crash and Neo Cortex, Scott Whyte and Lex Lang respectively, got to work together: to give the news was Whyte himself, who posted the photo on Instagram yesterday, accompanying it with the following description: “Well, look, look! It's Neo Cortex and Crash Bandicoot working together on a fun new project… no, this isn't another Crash game (or is it ?? Haha!) ", Finally joking" I know we should be professionals, but at what point is it? Do I ask for an autograph? ”.
We cannot know for sure what the two are really working on. We might immediately think that the voice actors of Crash and Neo Cortex have reunited to return to give voice to the characters for a hypothetical Crash Bandicoot 5, and the hypothesis would not even be crazy. However, it is good to specify that we could also expect a DLC for Crash 4 or a new title for mobile devices. Others also believe that the two are recording the voices of the characters for a hypothetical presentation trailer for Crash as a wrestler in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
