play5 05/21 with Diablo 2
Diablo 2 is back! So not yet, but soon, because at the Blizzcon, this time only held online, Blizzard announced the remake of the second trip to hell, which has long been desired by fans and is simmering in the rumor mill. In our big preview, we reveal what retro fans can look forward to and in which areas the classic is being renovated. In addition, we of course also summarize all the news that Blizzcon has about the "real" next Diablo, namely Part 4.In a special report, however, we devote ourselves to another topic: the PlayStation 5. Some already have them and are busy gambling, others are still waiting for their orders or even a purchase opportunity, because: The availability has only marginally improved since the launch last November. We shed light on the current market situation, look into the near future and have been rolling the whole story up again since November.
Otherwise, you can look forward to previews of Outriders or Knockout City and a big interview on Returnal with the developers of Housemarque - After all, we want to know what has changed with the former indie developers with the alignment of Triple-A! The tests are currently a bit ebb, but at least we're looking at the latest offshoot of the Harvest Moon series, Eine Welt, for you. In the magazine part it gets a bit full. Among other things, we dedicate ourselves to the 30th anniversary of id Software, portray one of the makers, John Carmack, investigate the question of whether video games are worthwhile as an investment, and take another replay look at Square Enix 'Marvel's Avengers.
