And almost all the Italian regions take on this color. Based on the monitoring data from the control room of the Higher Institute of Health (Iss), and as confirmed in the ordinance signed by the health minister Roberto Speranza, only Sardinia enters the red zone. Instead Puglia, Calabria, Basilicata, Sicily and Valle d'Aosta are in orange. While Abruzzo, Campania, Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Liguria, Lombardy, Marche, Molise, Piedmont, Tuscany, Trentino Alto Adige, Umbria and Veneto pass into the yellow zone.body.isDesktop .tableauPlaceholder { height: auto! important;} body.isDesktop .tableauWrapper iframe {height: auto! important ;;}. tableauWrapper> p {line-height: 0; margin: 0! important;}
The green pass and the stop of the Guarantor
The new decree also sanctions the return of freedom of movement throughout the national territory. There will be no travel restrictions between the yellow and white regions, while to and from the orange and red zones will be allowed through the "green pass". This is a document, introduced by the new decree, which certifies the vaccination, the recovery from the coronavirus or the negative result of a swab carried out at least 48 hours before the move. The duration of the certification varies according to how it was obtained. If released following the vaccine or recovery it will last six months, in the case of the tampon it will be valid for 48 hours.However, the introduction of "green certificates" will most likely be postponed. The Privacy Guarantor has sent a formal warning to the government, requesting the amendment of the rule because it is "seriously incomplete" with respect to the protections on the use of personal data and without an assessment of the risks relating to personal rights and freedoms. The Guarantor emphasizes that the decree does not indicate that the data controller is "in violation of the principle of transparency", provides for an "excessive use of data" to be exhibited in the event of control "in violation of the principle of minimization" and does not indicate the data retention times, nor the measures necessary to guarantee their integrity and confidentiality.
Furthermore, throughout the national territory, regardless of the color, nurseries, kindergartens, elementary and middle schools will resume teaching in person at 100% . High schools, on the other hand, must guarantee teaching in the presence of 50% to 75% of the student population, in the red zone, and from 70% to 100% in the yellow and orange zone. As for the universities, regular training activities will resume in the yellow and orange zones, while in the red zones the lessons will be guaranteed only to freshmen.
