Still, the computer can be equipped with an AMD Ryzen 5000 series processor with up to 16 cores, one or two NVIDIA Quadro RTX graphics cards (up to the RTX 8000 model), up to 128GB of DDR4 ECC memory, up to 4TB of NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD for storage (using two M.2 drives) and up to 36TB of HDD storage. Of course, all the other connectivity solutions you would expect to find in a modern 2021 product are also present, such as support for Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, 2.5 GbE, USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB Type-C and jack networks. 3.5mm audio.
Measuring 436.35 × 253 × 331mm, the System76 Thelio Mira is smaller than most high-end competitor workstations and is more compact than the top-of-the-line Thelio Major. Although the system is not large, it can still support two graphics cards and a lot of memory, an opportunity not usually found in mid-range machines. A particularly important factor is the design that is able to adapt perfectly to the rest of your home, thanks to the possibility of choosing between five different wood finishes.
System76's Thelio Mira pricing starts at $ 1,499 and can be shipped with Pop! OS 20.10 (64-bit), Pop! OS 20.04 LTS (64 bit) or Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (64 bit). Obviously, nothing prevents you from subsequently installing a copy of Windows 10.
