Super Cashback: Transaction Leaderboard, March 16th
Super Cashback
How many transactions are required to secure the € 1,500 Super Cashback? The extra bonus from the State Cashback program will be credited to the accounts of the 100,000 citizens who will have carried out the largest number of purchases in stores by the end of June. Let's take a look at the updated ranking.Super Cashback: how many transactions do you need?
According to today's data (Tuesday, March 16), 153 payments are needed to reach position 100,000, the last of those useful. A simple calculation is enough to understand that there are just over 2 per day and about 14 per week. The numbers have been growing quite linearly from mid-January onwards. The growth trend relating to the necessary daily transactions is well represented by the graph below: if at the end of January it is 1.39 was enough, a month later it was 1.88 and today 2.04. It is entirely probable a further increase, albeit more contained, between now and the end of the semester.
As always, it is important to remember that these are indicative counts, since for the correct and definitive registration of payments can take several days. PagoPA, which manages the IO application, the main access point to all the official updates on the program, has also mentioned this on several occasions.
Today's data allow us in any case to hazard a prediction at the end of June: at least 369 will be needed to reach out to the 1,500 euros of the Super Cashback.
Those entitled will see the extra bonus credited to their current account at the indicated IBAN. The transfer will be the same that will bring the 10% reimbursement of expenses incurred in shops into the pockets of citizens (up to a maximum of 150 euros).
In the last few days there has been talk of a possible early stop of the initiative, perhaps as early as the second half of 2021, as a result of an interview given by Undersecretary Claudio Durigon. It should be emphasized that as of today there is no certain information on the matter.
