How many transactions will be needed in June for the Super Cashback?
To answer the question we have taken into consideration the minimum threshold indicated daily in the last two weeks, updated by day by day, passing from 8pm on January 19, from 3pm on January 25, from 39 on January 28 to 46 today, Tuesday February 2. Calculator in hand, about 1.4 purchases per day are required, paid for with the instruments registered for the initiative: credit cards, debit cards, ATM cards or supported mobile applications.
Projecting the average at the end of June (181 days in total), when the first half-yearly phase of Cashback ends, 252-261 transactions should be enough to get back into the top 100,000 positions in the ranking. The difference is due to the calculation method used: 252 referring the 46 expenses to yesterday, 261 including today.
As written at the beginning, the calculation is to be considered purely indicative. We ignore what dynamics will trigger, especially in the last phase of the initiative, when citizens close to the 100,000 position could be stimulated to increase the frequency of payments in order
not to be excluded from the Super Cashback, while
those who are on the "upper floors" it could also slow down, certain of not being caught up and overthrown. In any case, PagoPA has already announced that the final version of the ranking
will not be displayed before 10 July: a technical time is required for all movements to be accounted for and counted.

The cashback is equal to 10% of the sum of payments made through the digital payment systems covered, up to a maximum of 150 euros for each semester. No, there are no limits. However, 10% is calculated only on transactions below € 150. Transactions that exceed € 150 will therefore not accrue more than € 15. Furthermore, every single transaction contributes to the Super Cashback calculation.

Credit cards, debit cards can be used on international circuits and on PagoBancomat circuit, prepaid cards, payment apps (for example Satispay). In the future, Google Pay or
Apple Pay may also be used, which are not activated at the moment.

Are payments with ATMs valid as long as they are use the PagoBancomat circuit. It is therefore necessary to ensure during the payment phase that the merchant does not opt for the Maestro circuit, as there is the risk of not seeing the operation validated.
▷ What is the IO app for?
Through the IO app it is possible to subscribe to Cashback and communicate the IBAN to which the accumulated amounts with the transactions carried out will be paid. To access the IO app, you must have a SPID. Through the same app it is also possible to see the updates on your cashback and follow the progress in the Super Cashback ranking.
▷ What to do if a transaction does not appear on the IO app? We must first wait: transactions are registered with a certain slowness since they must first be processed by the reference payment system. If after several days an operation does not appear, it is necessary to investigate the reasons (see here) and in extreme cases file a complaint (see how).
