Will Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury: Bowser Jr be "disabled"?
Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury is the new version of the Nintendo platformer. The game will be available starting February 12, 2021 and will offer us a new independent expansion described as "short but intense". The peculiarity of this new adventure is that Mario will be accompanied by Bowser Jr, son of the plumber's archenemy. Now, however, we discover that Bowser Jr could be "deactivable", more or less.
This unlikely ally, in fact, will give us a hand in several situations within Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury, but according to what has been revealed by Nintendo, we will be able to decide to deactivate these aids or, at least, to reduce their intensity. More precisely, the information comes from a series of translations via Google Translate (therefore not 100% reliable) of the recent screenshots shared by Nintendo via Twitter.
As you can see below, classic features are available in the options dedicated to the Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury camera, but also a fourth item indicating the help of Bowser Jr. The possibilities are varied. It is possible that the ally will no longer perform some "secondary" actions, such as picking up items to deliver them to Mario, thus forcing us to collect them manually. Or it may decrease verbal prompts (help like "go this way", "this is a secret" and the like).
The possibilities are many and without being able to try Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury we will not know. Inserting accessibility options to customize your game sessions is only good, that's for sure.
In the meantime, we remind you that you can read our special: Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury, what can we expect?
