Samsung Galaxy S21: New update brings improvements to the camera

The new Samsung Galaxy S21 family arrived on the market only a few weeks ago and despite this the Seoul giant immediately paid great attention to improving already very valid devices. The new devices have received in a very short time several updates that have further improved their performance and have gone to correct some flaws of youth.

The latest in order of time has arrived in these hours, brings the version firmware to G99XBXXU1AUAB and is already being distributed in our country on the whole series, therefore Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 + and Galaxy S21 Ultra, both for non-branded devices and for operators' branded devices. The changelog is somewhat generic and mainly refers to the introduction of improvements to camera and device performance.

Furthermore, we find the classic bug-fixes that go to remove any system errors while as regards the patches, the device has already received the latest for the month of January. Clearly, no news also for the OneUI which remains firm at version 3.1 based on Android 11. The download weight is 270MB.

Samsung update Just a few days ago, the same update was reported for US users, with a more or less similar weight of about 278MB and characterized by the following versions: G991BXXU1AUAB / G996BXXU1AUAB / G998BXXU1AUAC, also in this case the improvements concerned the reliability of the camera and the improvement of the general performance of the device.

Going backwards, the first update to receive the smartphones of the new series Galaxy S21 was released in the hours following their release on the market and it was a really full-bodied package, weighing about 1GB and which brought the firmware version to the G998BXXU1AUA4.

The novelties have been rather succulent and we report them below, proposing the official changelog:

In short, we absolutely cannot say that Samsung is not careful to constantly improve its products. The Galaxy S21 5G represents one of the most interesting terminals of recent months and the constant additions will only improve the product. The only flaw? The way in which Samsung continues to update its smartphones.
