New Pokémon Snap: trailer and release date of the new Pokémon game

There is a brand that in the last twenty years has managed to establish itself by becoming a reference point in the gaming industry and not, we are obviously talking about Pokémon. The franchise was able to generate a whopping $ 60 billion in revenue, quickly becoming the most profitable ever. For those born in the 80s and 90s, they will have lived through the era of Pokémon cards, gadgets and games, having fun like never before with friends and relatives. Obviously we are not here to make a list of video games released in the space of twenty years, but we will focus on one in particular: Pokémon Snap. The title was released in 1999 for the Nintendo 64 and was later converted to Wii and Wii U. Unlike the series titles released on handheld consoles, Snap was more of a tour in the Pokémon universe, where the main purpose was to photograph the little monsters in their natural habitat. Well, decades later, Nintendo has recently announced New Pokémon Snap, and today has released a new trailer with its release date.

New Pokémon Snap takes its cue from its dad who came out twenty years ago, using the latest graphics engine of the Nintendo hybrid console. The trailer, which you can see below, shows us an incredibly large island, with different areas and Pokémon inside. Aesthetically it turns out to be really well done and will probably make veteran players happy with the title released in 1999.

Next April 30th we will be able to try our hand at this wonderful adventure immortalizing our favorite moments thanks to a huge amount of locations and Pokémon coming from all regions. It will be possible to pre-order starting today on the Nintendo e-shop.
