Let's start with the processor, the real gem of this computer. It is an Intel Core i3-1005G1, a CPU with 2 cores and 4 threads thanks to Intel's exclusive Hyper-Threading, for a maximum frequency of 3.4GHz. It is one of the first CPUs produced on the new 10nm node of the Ice Lake U family company, making it more powerful than previous generations while significantly reducing consumption. This is flanked by an impressive 16GB of RAM and a 512GB NVMe SSD. The hardware is pushed by Windows 10 Pro, for a high-performance configuration. But if the storage space is not enough, there is no lack of support for 2.5-inch HDDs / SSDs.
Moving on to the connectivity front, we find everything one could need and even more. Four USB ports, two of which are USB 3.0 plus a fifth USB Type-C port with support for the Thunderbolt 3 specification. Two RJ45 ports that allow you to combine two different wired networks to maximize transfer speeds. There are two video outputs, HDMI and DisplayPort, which added to USB Type-C allow you to simultaneously connect up to 3 monitors with a maximum resolution of 5K at 60fps. There is also a card reader and of course the combined headphone and microphone jack.
