Cyberpunk 2077: patch 1.07 is coming, what to expect?

The launch of Cyberpunk 2077 is very far from what we would have expected and in the virtual squares users have fomented discontent and general confusion. Shortly after its release in December, players around the world quickly realized that CD Projekt Red hadn't been very transparent, compared to the title's various years of hype. The final product is full of bugs and various technical problems, even undermining the experience of owners of old-gen consoles. Now, the developers plan to improve the game with two major patches.



In this regard, the Polish company, after publicly apologizing for the final result of the Cyberpunk launch, has stated that one will be released in January and the other in February 2021. Precisely, the first is scheduled for January 2021 and should coincide with patch 1.07. Likely, it will be released on January 15 or January 22, 2021. So far, most of the Cyberpunk 2077 patches have been released on a Friday, so these dates may be plausible, considering the certification process required.

The second patch, 1.08, scheduled for February 2021, could be released on the 19th or 26th. Assuming that 1.07 brings the fundamental and more general corrections, the second will probably have more targeted and specific changes. However, it is questionable whether these two patches will be enough to save the game, whose performances do not allow you to enjoy the valuable experience offered by the title. Fortunately, at least PC gamers are getting to enjoy this title more. It is also good to remember that on the official website of Cyberpunk 2077 it is clearly written that at the beginning of 2021 the free DLC for the title will be released, expanding the experience within Night City.
