Joker - the first two pages of the new series
Late yesterday evening, two tables of Joker, the new regular series starring the Clown Prince of Crime, were leaked, which will start in the United States in March with texts by the excellent James Tynion IV and pencils by the Spanish Guillem March.
The boards are obviously without text and in black and white simply inked but they immediately recall the classic of the classics about Batman's nemesis or The Killing Joke by Alan Moore and Brian Bolland.
In The Joker, the Clown Prince of Crime has become the most wanted man in the world after the unprecedented attack on Gotham City during the events of the Joker War. Escaped from the United States, he is a man on the run and as authorities around the world struggle to keep up with him, Jim Gordon decides to embark on this unprecedented manhunt that could spell the end of his career.
However Gordon is not the only one chasing the Joker, even some mysterious and deadly forces want to get their hands on the clown ... for mysterious reasons.
The Joker will also include an appendage story signed by Sam Johns and the Italian Mirka Andolfo starring Punchline, the clown's new companion.
Alexis Kaye, aka Punchline, is locked up in the Blackgate penitentiary, while Harper Row reprises the role of Bluebird to prevent her brother from falling under the influence of anarchy and chaos that Punchline itself has become synonymous with
The debut book of the series will have a regular cover signed by Guillem March and 4 variants made by Frank Quitely, Francesco Mattina, Riccardo Federici and Mark Brooks.

Joker, the “original” regular series
This is the second time that Joker enjoys a series of his own (the first was between 1975 and 1976 with a series lasting just 9 issues and created by Dennis O'Neil, Neal Adams and José Luis GarcÃa López among others) and a more unique than rare case since the villains are more often the protagonists of miniseries or limited series rather than regular series that require a longer and more complex planning.DC's Infinite Frontier # 0, the details of the DC relaunch
