Justice League Snyder Cut - Jared's Joker Leto
As anticipated a few days ago by some rumors, Zack Snyder confirmed that Jared Leto will return to play the role of Joker but will have a different look:He will have a new look, I will honor the version designed by David Ayer because I think it's a really nice reinterpretation but since the last time we saw it it has been a long time and a lot has happened. It was fun to have him for this additional scene, it's really great to work with Jared because he's attentive to detail and he really cares that everything he does is perfect. He was very kind to embrace my idea, it was something I already had in mind back in the days of Justice League. So, when I told him that it was something that had been running around in my head for quite some time, I had the feeling that he had considered it as something to do absolutely, inevitable. I am grateful to him and will always be indebted to him for the kindness he had.
Justice League Snyder Cut - additional shots, Ben Affleck and Ezra Miller
The director wanted to dispel a myth regarding additional shots or rather its duration by saying that he actually shot in total about 4/5 minutes. It is therefore likely that this new shot served to complete the material left in the drawer and not included in the film version. It is also likely that the hefty budget allocated, again unconfirmed figures, has been diverted to post-production and special effects.They are still back in these additional scenes for Justice League Snyder Cut and Ben Affleck in the as Batman and Ezra Miller as the Flash.
About Ben Affleck, Snyder said:
I think he forgot how uncomfortable it was to wear the costume but in the end it was fine. It was kind and it was fun to see how these costumes reappeared from the archives and exhibitions by just snapping your fingers on the set… we really had to pull them out of the display cases. You know I think a couple have also broken, especially the hoods…
Funny anecdote about the additional shots with Ezra Miller:
I needed Ezra but he was in London to shoot Fantastic Beasts so the only way we could think of was to use Zoom. I sent some drawings to the Fantastic Beasts crew explaining to them what I needed and they did it all by placing my shot as if it were behind the camera… luckily they were small frames and this solution saved us.
These confirmations also join those already leaked related to the restoration of the post-credits scene starring Joe Manganiello in the role of Deathstroke which, however, does not seem to have needed additional footage.

All the original ending credits sequence has been changed for the release of Justice League.
