Superman and Lois: children actors revealed
An Instagram photo of actress Elizabeth Tulloch, who will play Lois Lane, commemorated the family reunion, showing Tyler Hoechlin, who has played Clark Kent / Superman from Supergirl's second season, and rookies Alex Garfin and Jordan Elsass who will respectively play Jonathan and Jordan Kent, children of the couple. Like any good superfamily, they all wore face masks as COVID-19 security measures.

The addition of the teenage children of Superman and Lois is one of the consequences of Crisis on Infinite Earths of the Arrowverse. In 2018's Elseworlds, Elizabeth Tulloch first played Lois Lane becomes pregnant with Jonathan and later leaves Earth with Clark to settle in Argo City to raise their baby. In Crisis, Superman, Lois and baby Jonathan would have survived the destruction of Argo City and Earth-38 fell victim to the wave of antimatter, although all three would eventually be wiped from existence by the Anti-Monitor. However, after Oliver Queen as the Ghost reboots the multiverse and restores all of Supergirl's characters as Earth-Prime residents, he had the unexpected consequence of giving Jonathan a brother.
Jonathan Kent will be a modest and kind-hearted boy with a shy and awkward attitude. Jordan Kent may be an extremely intelligent character, but his fickle temperament and social anxiety limit his interactions with people and, as a result, he prefers to spend most of his free time alone, playing video games. br>
According to a synopsis of the press release for the show, Superman and Lois will see his characters:
“come face to face with one of their greatest challenges ever: dealing with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being a working parent in today's society. “
The debut of the series is expected in January 2021.
