The film, directed by Johannes Roberts, it's probably not the reboot we wanted or needed, but the curiosity around the project is still a lot, also due to the actors involved.
In fact, figures like Robbie Amell will be part of the cast (Upload ) in the role of Chris Redfield, Kaya Scodelario (Maze Runner) in the role of Claire Redfield and Hannah John-Kamen (Ant-Man and the Wasp) in the role of Jill Valentine.
That's not all: to play the evil Albert Wesker we will find Tom Hopper (The Umbrella Academy), Avan Jogia (Zombieland: Double Tap) will be Leon Kennedy and finally Neal M cDonough (Yellowstone) will play the role of William Birkin.
The story of the film will reinterpret the canonical one, while maintaining the original timeline (the events will take place in 1998), but will almost completely distort the background of the various characters.
