ONLYOFFICE Workspace for smart working arrives

The software house Ascensio System has launched ONLYOFFICE Workspace, a solution for smart working consisting of a series of tools dedicated to productivity. It is also available in Italy in the Community and Enterprise versions, the latter installable on a company server.

Includes Docs for creating and editing documents (texts, spreadsheets and presentations), Groups (document management, projects, contacts and emails), Mail Server (solution for company mailboxes) and XMPP Server (instant messaging).



With the update to version 11.0, Enterprise users have access to Private Rooms, rooms designed for those who work with sensitive data in which every interaction is protected with the AES-256 algorithm. Other improvements include the content management system, the ability to mark files as favorites and the Custom Filter feature to help teams struggling with spreadsheets in sorting data in real time.
