My.Games acquires majority stake in mobile studio Deus Craft

Editor of Skyforge and Conqueror's Blade, My.Games recently announced that it has acquired a majority stake in the development studio Deus Craft, working on mobile.

Mail.ru branch dedicated to video games, My.Games will spend a total of $ 49.1 million, obtaining a 51.1% stake in Deus Craft. The initial payment will be 14.1 million, while the remainder is expected by April. Based in Saint Petersburg, Moscow and Novosibirsk, Deus Craft is the studio behind Grand Hotel Mania, one of today's most popular management games for iOS and Android.
