What is the Phase I voucher measure? The Phase I voucher is dedicated to families with an ISEE of less than 20,000 euros and consists of a discount on the subscription fee for ultra-broadband Internet connectivity services in the event of new activations of fixed network users and in the supply of a personal computer or Tablet. The contribution for the purchase of personal computers or tablets is paid only in the case of simultaneous activation of the connectivity service.My ISEE is over 20,000 euros, can I benefit from the voucher? No. However, a measure (Phase II voucher) is in preparation for businesses.
Can the voucher be activated in all regions? The measure intends to incentivize the use of ultra-broadband services throughout the national territory. Only in the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Liguria, Tuscany, and at the explicit request of these regions, the measure will be applicable only to users located in some municipalities. The list of municipalities will be made known as soon as it is communicated to Infratel Italia by the regions concerned.
How do you access vouchers? The beneficiary will have to interface directly with the telecommunications operator participating in the initiative using the ordinary sales channels. It is necessary to sign a contract with a minimum duration of one year with an operator accredited by Infratel Italia.

To benefit from the voucher, is it necessary to register on the Infratel Italia portal? No, the beneficiary does not have to register on the sites managed by Infratel Italia to obtain the voucher. The Infratel Italia portal is dedicated to operators only.
Can the voucher be used only for the supply of personal computers and tablets? The supply of personal computers and tablets is always associated with the activation of a new fixed network user. The beneficiary must certify that they have an ISEE of less than 20,000 euros and enter into a contract for the activation of connectivity services with an accredited operator.
Can personal computers and tablets also be purchased from large-scale distribution or specialized stores? The voucher is always associated with the signing of a contract for the supply of connectivity services with an accredited operator. Is it possible to redeem the voucher after purchasing the personal computer or tablet? It is not possible to purchase a personal computer or tablet directly and then ask for the relative price to be reimbursed by voucher.
Is there a fixed division of the value of the voucher between the discount for connectivity and the discount for the supply of personal computers or tablets? The voucher has a maximum value of 500 euros. This sum can be used according to the offer freely formulated by the operator within these limits:
a sum of between 200 and 400 euros can be allocated to the discount on connectivity services for a duration of not less than 12 months ; a sum of between 100 and 300 euros can be allocated to the discount on the supply of a personal computer or tablet. Source: Infratel
