Uncharted on PS5: the protagonist will be Sully?

It is not the first time that rumors have appeared on the net about the return of the Uncharted saga. Just a few months ago we began to talk about how Sony has already given hand the saga created by Naughty Dog to a new first party studio in San Diego. While there is still talk of pure speculation, new rumors have begun to follow each other, bringing to light many details about the possible new chapter of the brand on PS5.

These new details have been shared starting from a new rumor that appeared on the virtual pages of 4chan. According to this information, totally to be taken with due attention, the new chapter of Uncharted for PS5 should see Victor “Sully” Sullivan as the new protagonist. Nathan Drake's shoulder will become a character put completely in the foreground as reported by the recent rumor.

Uncharted 4 (2016) The change of main protagonist, however, is not the only information that emerges from these rumors. Going on to read the post on 4chan we also talk about a change of timeline and setting. The new Uncharted will take us back to the 1980s, and will see Sully travel by plane between islands in the Caribbean. Everything will be proposed with a decidedly more open world cut than the previous chapters.

Also according to the rumor, the title will not see the light before the end of 2021/2022 and would be in development at a new studio, with the expert teams such as Naughty Dog, Guerrilla and Sucker Punch who are assisting the processing phase.
