Stargate: announced the Kickstarter campaign for the role-playing game
A year ago, Metro Goldwyn Mayer (MGM) and Wyvern Gaming announced a Stargate SG-1 RPG based on the fifth edition of Dungeons & Dragons. The start of a Kickstarter campaign has now been made official.

MGM, a leading entertainment company focused on production and global distribution of film and television content, including major franchises such as Rocky, James Bond, Fargo, Vikings, The Handmaid's Tale and Pink Panther, and game design company Wyvern Gaming are collaborating on a new role-playing game based on the popular series TV Stargate.
Fans will have the opportunity to become the first supporters of the project and provide direct feedback on its development with the launch of the Kickstarter campaign on 6 October 2020 at 14:00 UTC (16:00 CET) . The game has been under public testing since February and will remain so throughout the crowdfunding campaign, allowing fans to help refine game mechanics and story along the way. The finished product will launch and be available to the public at Wonder Con 2021 in April.
