Precautions, supervision, digital: this is how we start again
We will not have major drops in the number of infections, at least for a while. Indeed, the prospects for the winter are pessimistic and suggest the utmost caution. Schools have reopened in France earlier than in Italy, but a few days after the first bell, 20 transalpine institutions have already been closed due to the outbreak of the first outbreaks. The data on the decline in GDP are important, albeit less dramatic than what was expected in the spring, and Italy is not among the worst (indeed, it may perhaps enjoy a small summer rebound that is not funny, but perhaps dampens the risks for many exhibitors).
But nobody expects sudden changes: this situation will not become structural, but it is destined to last still pending a large-scale distribution of the vaccines. This is why everyone (private individuals, companies, schools, institutions and public administration) must organize themselves in a stable way in order to overcome the difficulties that will emerge.
Work, home, school: let's not let our guard down
In short, we can feel sorry for ourselves or look at reality in an attempt to plan what the cold season will be. In front of us we have a fixed point: continuity. The promulgated Prime Ministerial Decree does nothing but lengthen the security measures taken up to now and every party swears that there will be no other lockdowns, but all this thanks to containment and monitoring measures that today seem able to manage the low flows that register today. The important thing is that everyone does their part (and a few more Immuni installations would be welcome), contributing to respecting distances and reducing risk. But nobody expects sudden changes: this situation will not become structural, but it is destined to last still pending a large-scale distribution of the vaccines.
