Pokémon Diamond and Pearl: will the remakes come out in a year?

A remake of the fourth generation Pokémon games has been discussed for several years now. The first rumors came out even before the last two main games of the saga hit the market. Apparently, however, Game Freak and The Pokémon Company have not yet had any intention of announcing this project. According to a new rumor, the remakes of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl are not only already in development, but also have a well-defined launch window.

This information has escaped the mouth of the YouTuber known online by the nickname of “RuffledRowlit”. According to the boy, who said he was in contact with a Game Freak developer, the remakes of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl will be released in about a year, or in November 2021. The rumor does not stop there, as according to the youtuber the titles will be called Pokémon Max Diamond and Pokémon Max Pearl.

RuffledRowlit goes even deeper, stating later that the fourth generation remakes will mix in their gameplay also of the mechanics that we have already seen and played in Pokémon Sword and Shield, the Dynamax. It is not clear how the dynamaxization of collectible creatures will fit into the Sinnoh region, just as the veracity of the youtuber's sources is not clear at all.

We just have to wait for confirmation or denial from Game Freak and The Pokémon Company, above all to understand where the future of the brand of collectible creatures will go.
