Repeat the operation for cups and tournaments, by moving to Import competition, and pressing ok again until you review the contents of the USB device. Selecting it this time you will find files called .CED, but it doesn't matter: you have to do exactly as before, selecting them all and checking Overwrite image files with the same name. Once all this is done, move back to the Apply the last live update item by reviewing the Settings menu. Check the Update Club Teams item, while not touching Update National Teams, which should be left blank.
Press the key to go ahead and confirm the operation, wait for the download and allow the overwriting of your saved data. Done! At this point you will have the modified game, with the original shirts, logos and names of Milan, Inter, Brescia, Liverpool, Real Madrid and so on, plus possibly new tournaments and the only thing left to do, if anything, it's just adjusting the structure of a tournament or the order of some team simply from the options menu.
