IFA 2020: here is Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 5G

The US chipmaker has chosen the Berlin frame of IFA 2020 to present Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 5G, a computing solution for the laptop segment that, as you can already guess from the name, is ready to support connectivity on 5G mobile networks as well as obviously WiFi 6.

Implements features for enterprise-grade security, execution of AI algorithms (with AI Engine, Hexagon 690 and Sensing Hub) and features for optimizing consumption so as to extend battery life. To this are added specific systems for managing the video cameras (Spectra 390 ISP) and the audio sector (Aqstic noise cancellation).
